THE SOLUTION /After researching eBay's global email marketing use cases, audience segments, and funnel structure, I crafted a design framework to help designers create marketing emails rapidly but still have the flexibility to market the brand in fresh ways.
THE OUTCOME /In using the new design framework, designers and developers are much more efficient and executive approvals and alignment is much smoother. There's a better sense of design consistency as well across all global eBay email communications.
